What's that?


The game map consists of markers that you place on the stage. Then, by pressing the "M" key during the game, you will open a menu with all available tags. It was made as a kind of analog of a rollback, so that the player could go to the right place in the game at any time.


How to use it?


First of all, it is important to remember that you should create a map only after all the markers have been placed.
To create a map, click on the gear button in the upper right corner.  

 
Then click on the "Create" button under "Create label map". After that your scripts will be scanned and labels will be defined.

Editing:


Scanning determines the name of the scene where the mark is located and the name of the mark itself. You can change this information by opening the map editor.

As you can see, there's not much here that you can change. You can only change the name of the scene and the label. There is also an option to hide the label on the map. To do this, simply uncheck the map checkbox.

All you have to do is create and edit the map. After that, the player will be able to move to the selected mark on the map at any time.

Where can this be applied?
Suppose we have a house consisting of rooms and other locations with different places. We can create a separate scene with buttons to move around, but a more convenient solution is to allow the player to visit these places using the map.
